Checked against sources
The oldest driver to start a World Championship Grand Prix, using their age on race day. Entering a race without starting it does not count.
Each record explains what counts: a whole career, one season, an unbroken run of results or a driver’s age on the day of an event.
These are selected moments in the record’s history, not every change of holder or value. The year beside a value tells you when that figure dates from, not always when the record was first set.
