The information shown by Race Archive is collected from public sources and external APIs, then organized into an archive that is easy to browse.
Transparency
Race Archive is not an official Formula 1 website. Sources are used for reference, archive purposes and visualization of historical standings.
Historical API
Main source for drivers' standings, constructors' standings, historical results and structured Formula 1 data.
Official reference
Official reference for general information, calendar, teams, drivers, communications and championship context.
Modern data
Modern technical source for session data, timing, drivers and recent information available through an API.
Historical qualifying
Structured fallback for archived qualifying results when the main source does not expose an older session.
Historical archive
Open-source F1DB data used for car and chassis names and, through the RacingHub API, as a fallback for incomplete historical qualifying times. Licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Licensed photography
Source for the Gallery of memories. Every photograph links to its original file page and displays its author and reuse licence.
