Ickx led Regazzoni home for a Ferrari one-two at Mont-Tremblant in 1970, with Amon third for March. The result recalls a Canadian F1 setting very different from Montréal: a permanent, hilly venue with only two championship races. Its brief presence still contains a distinct chapter in the season’s sporting history.
